Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • The patients present a diagnosis of stable chronic Heart failure who are undergoing medical follow\-up with a cardiologist and present stable disease suggested by the absence of any change in medication and without previous diagnosis of moderate or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, exercise\-induced asthma and previous hospitalization history last 3 months and anginal events in the three months before the study, with left ventricular systolic dysfunction with LVEF \<40% and New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification in classes II and III.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with musculoskeletal diseases or any other situation that makes it impossible to perform aerobic or resisted exercises. To present worsening of signs and symptoms of HF after starting the proposed rehabilitation program. Present paradoxical breathing or persistent use of accessory breathing muscles or oxygen desaturation during the exercise program. Body mass index (BMI) \<35 kg / m. Any individual with severe, significant arrhythmias or unable to perform the exercise protocol associated with Non\- invasive ventilation (NIV) or Respiratory Muscle Training (RMT) will be excluded from the study
