Inclusion Criteria
Healthy mothers with term, uncomplicated, singleton pregnancy scheduled to undergo elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Maternal complications, multiple gestation, placental or cord complications; known fetal abnormality; Patients with absolute or relative contra-indications for spinal anaesthesia
