Inclusion Criteria
1.American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade II.
2.Females between 18 -40 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient allergic to local anaesthetics.
2.ASA >II
3.Baseline heart rate less than 60 per minute
4.Baseline blood pressure than 100/60 mmHg.
5.Bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy.
6.Septic Shock.
