Inclusion Criteria
1.Term parturients(37 to 42 weeks of Gestational Age)
2.21 and 35 years of age
3.singleton pregnancy
4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical class II
5.Patients undergoing elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Parturients with allergy or hypersensitivity to phenylephrine or norepinephrine
2.any hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
3.Parturients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease
4.Parturients with foetal abnormalities
