- •age above 18 years
- •Underlying disease needs cholangiopancreatography
- •Existence of Duodenal peristaltism that Interference with canolation
排除标准
- •Previous cardiovascular problems ( heart failure, myocardial infarction, second and third degree AV block )
- •Acute pancreatitis and cholangitis before procedure
- •Severe hypotension ( <100 mmhg )
- •Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- •History of previous Allergy to Hyoscine

SE OF BUSCOPAN AS AN EASIER OF FIRST STAGE OF LABOUR IF CERVIX RIGIDITY IS PREVIOUSLY DETERMINED BY VAGINAL EXPLORATIOin case of cervix rigidity determination in first stage of labour, pregnant women will be offered to participate and if they accept they´ll be randomised to test or control group. Placebo or treatment will be administrated in 10 min. and the first control for all of them will be 60minutes later.
