Not having a history of participating in similar research
Willingness and informed consent to participate in the study
Entry of participating nurses with at least six months of nursing in the emergency department
Exclusion Criteria
Incomplete shift in the emergency room.
Occurrence of an important crisis in life during study (such as physical, mental illness or family and social problems)

Name Time Method Professional qualification of emergency department nurses. Timepoint: Before and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Clinical Nursing Competency Questionnaire (Beogo).;Missed nursing care in the emergency department. Timepoint: Before and two months after the intervention.
