  • current/ex smokers \- 10 year pack history
  • hospital admission diagnosis of COPD exacerbation

Exclusion Criteria

  • Non\-english speaking
  • Confused/comatose/unable to follow instructions
  • Requiring mechanical ventilation/intensive care
