- •1.primary idiopathic carpal tunnel
- •2.65 years
- •3.Duration of symptoms at least 3 months
- •4.No improvement of symptoms after conservative treatment
排除标准
- •1. No palmaris longus tendon
- •2. Previous CTR or trauma in affected hand
- •3. History of steroid injection
- •4. Cerebrovascular disease
- •5. Cervical radiculopathy
- •6. Combined other nerve compression
- •7. Diabetes mellitus
- •8. Cognitive impairment
- •9. Unwilling to participate.
