1. Age: 60 - 70 years
2. Educational level: Above elementary school (6 years of education), and those who can use a smartphone.
3. Those who do not have current or past chronic diseases that may affect cognitive function on Christensen's health screening criteria.
4. Those who showed normal performance (over mean - 1.0 standard deviation) in the Seoul Neuropyschological Screening Battery-Core(SNSB-C).
5. Those who showed normal level (less than 0.40 points) on Korean-Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (K-IADL).
6. Those who scored 7 points or higher on the Subjective Cognitive Decline-Questionnaire (SCD-Q).
1. Age: 59 years old or younger, 71 years old or older
2. Educational level: Less than elementary school (6 years of education), and those who are unfamiliar with using a smartphone.
3. Those who have current or past major physical, neurological, or psychiatric disorders that may affect cognitive function on Christensen's health screening criteria.
4. Those who showed lower than the normal performance (mean -1.0 standard deviation or more) in one or more tests in the Seoul Neuropyschological Screening Battery-Core(SNSB-C).
5. Those who showed abnormal level (0.40 points or more) on Korean-Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (K-IADL).
6. Those who scored less than 7 on the Subjective Cognitive Decline-Questionnaire (SCD-Q).
