Reveal HealthTech, a specialized AI transformation partner for U.S. healthcare and life sciences companies, announced the completion of its $7.2 million Series A funding round led by Leo Capital with participation from Sanos Capital. Founded in 2023 and incubated by W Health Ventures and 2070 Health, the company has positioned itself as a healthcare AI specialist combining cutting-edge artificial intelligence with deep healthcare expertise.

Addressing Healthcare's AI Transformation Challenges

The company focuses on helping healthcare organizations identify their most valuable problems and build safe, clinically relevant systems to solve them. Dr. Sumir Sahgal, founder and Chief Medical Officer of Essen Health Care, a New York-based fully integrated healthcare delivery network, highlighted the impact of Reveal's approach: "Every year, across hundreds of thousands of patient touchpoints, we've seen the profound impact that compassion and intelligence can have when woven into care. At Essen Health Care, we have long envisioned what it would mean if every interaction reflected empathy and personalization. With Reveal, that vision is becoming reality."
Reveal's team brings together academic excellence from institutions including MIT, Harvard Medical, and UC Berkeley, combined with decades of technology innovation experience from organizations such as Boston Children's, Mass General, SpaceX, NASA, Athena Health, and Infosys.

Flagship AI Solutions Drive Clinical Impact

The company's solutions focus on driving customer value and improving profitability of healthcare operations through two flagship offerings. BioCanvas enables multimodal AI use cases such as speeding up clinical trial recruitment using AI, while Prism AI facilitates rapid development of intelligent agents for workflow automation.
In a recent deployment for a $40 billion U.S. medical device leader, Reveal demonstrated measurable impact by improving patient adherence through AI-driven data integration and creating a reusable blueprint for other clients. According to company co-founder Sanchit Mullick, one case involved developing a predictive model that improved patient adherence by 10 to 15 percent, leading to better outcomes in chronic disease management.

Strategic Vision and Market Positioning

"Our mission is simple but bold," said Sanchit Mullick, Founder of Reveal HealthTech. "We want to make AI the most trusted and accountable partner in healthcare, driving breakthroughs for everyone from Fortune 100 pharma companies and large healthcare delivery systems to emerging innovators in digital health."
The company's approach stems from recognizing the opportunity created by two decades of electronic health record adoption in the United States. "The country had just seen about 20 years of electronic health record implementations, and there was this gold mine of digital data that could be leveraged," Mullick explained. He emphasized that the company's goal is not to replace doctors but to rethink how workflows operate, noting that "AI in healthcare is often equated with clinical decision support. But that's just a sliver of the opportunity. We are using AI to amplify and streamline clinical workflows."

Investment and Growth Strategy

Leo Capital Partner Rajul Garg, who previously co-founded Pine Labs and GlobalLogic, noted the team's distinctive capabilities: "Meeting with Sanchit, Dr Salim, and the AI leadership team at Reveal made it clear their superpower lies in crafting tailored solutions that demonstrate time-bound, business goodness to clients. We're very excited to support the team in its next phase of growth."
Dr. Pankaj Jethwani, Managing Partner at W Health Ventures, added: "Healthcare cannot be solved with one-size-fits-all point solutions. Reveal understands that nuance, which is why we backed them from day one. We see an incredible opportunity for Reveal to support the rapid AI adoption within the US healthcare industry."
The Series A funding will help Reveal expand its capabilities and solutions, strengthen its sales network, and extend its reach to more healthcare and life sciences leaders worldwide. The company currently employs around 120 people across the U.S. and India, with leadership in the U.S. and a Bengaluru team driving large-scale development.
As part of its growth strategy, Reveal HealthTech has joined the Cipher Collective, an ECG-powered AI partner network that brings together best-in-class health technology solutions to transform care delivery.
