入选标准
- •Preterm infants less than 32 weeks gestation and less than 1250g birth weight who are hemodynamically stable (blood pressure not requiring boluses or pressors) and could be started on enteral tube feeds within 72 hours of birth.
排除标准
- •1. Infants with evidence or suspicion of any major congenital malformation such as congenital intestinal obstruction or perforation, gastroschisis, large omphalocele, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, chromosomal anomalies or craniofacial malformations.
- •2. Refusal of parental consent.
