- •Inclusion criteria for older persons with visual impairment
- •1.Being aged 60 years and older
- •2.Having a primary diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy with any stages of the disease recorded in medical record
- •3.Having visual acuity worse than 20/70 in the better eye
- •4.Having family members who take care of them
- •5.Having ability to communicate with the Thai language
- •6.No cognitive impairment, assessed by the 6-itme cognitive impairment test
- •Inclusion criteria for family members
- •1.Being aged 18 years or older
- •2.Being a family member who takes care of an older person with VIDR
- •3.Having ability to communicate in Thai
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria for older persons with visual impairment
- •1. Having visual acuity as no perception of light (VA = NoPL) in both eyes
