入选标准

  • Inclusion criteria for older persons with visual impairment
  • 1.Being aged 60 years and older
  • 2.Having a primary diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy with any stages of the disease recorded in medical record
  • 3.Having visual acuity worse than 20/70 in the better eye
  • 4.Having family members who take care of them
  • 5.Having ability to communicate with the Thai language
  • 6.No cognitive impairment, assessed by the 6-itme cognitive impairment test
  • Inclusion criteria for family members
  • 1.Being aged 18 years or older
  • 2.Being a family member who takes care of an older person with VIDR
  • 3.Having ability to communicate in Thai

排除标准

  • Exclusion Criteria for older persons with visual impairment
  • 1. Having visual acuity as no perception of light (VA = NoPL) in both eyes
