- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgeries with midline sternotomy
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal.
- •2. Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3. Localized infection.
- •4. Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis
- •5. Pre-existing neurological deficit
- •6. LV EF less than 30%
- •7. Cognitive impairment or an active psychiatric condition.
- •8. Inability to understand pain scoring.
- •9. Emergency surgery
