- •1. patients age >70 years old undergoing complex spine surgery
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1-3
- •3. postoperative hospital stay at least 5 days
- •4. inform consent
排除标准
- •1. hearing, reading, visual, speaking impairment
- •2. unable to speak Thai language
- •3. have prior neurological or psychiatric problem
- •4. receive drug with neurological effect
