结局指标

主要结局

Cooper vo2 max Test

时间窗: 6 weeks

The Cooper Test is a 12-minute run test used to measure a person's aerobic endurance and estimate their cardiovascular fitness, specifically their VO₂ max

Repeated sprint

时间窗: 6 weeks

The Repeated Sprint Test consists of a sequence of maximal sprints (usually 6 to 10 sprints) over a distance of 20 to 40 meters, separated by 20 to 30 seconds of either passive or active recovery

Time to exhaustion test

时间窗: 6 weeks

A Time to Exhaustion (TTE) test measures fatigue by determining how long an individual can sustain a specific workload (e.g., power output or speed) before becoming unable to continue

6-minute submaximal run test:

时间窗: 6 weeks

A 6-minute submaximal run test on a typical 400-meter outdoor track at a steady speed was used to estimate running economy.
