入选标准
- •1) Nurses who are directly involved in the care of oncology patients.
- •2) Nurses who are employed at the hospital at least 6 months in the oncology department
- •3) Nurses who are qualified as GNM, PPBsC, BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in Nursing and registered in respective nursing councils
排除标准
- •1) Nurses who are planning for maternity leave, sick leave, and sabbatical leave
- •2) Nurses who are diagnosed with medical/psychiatric illness
- •3) Nurses who are working as a trainee
- •4) Nurses who are confirmed of leaving the job at the time of recruitment to the study
- •5) Nurses who are undergoing or undergone any alternative therapies
