入选标准
- •1.Patient posted for elective surgeries under general anesthesia with ET tube. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II. 3. Age: 18 ââ?¬â?? 60 Years.
排除标准
- •1) Predicted difficult airway.
- •2) Subjects requiring more than 15 secs or 2 attempts at laryngoscopy.
- •3) Obese patients (BMI >30).
- •4) Subjects on antihypertensive medication.
- •5) Pregnancy
- •6) seizure disorder
- •7) Known allergy to dexmedetomidine
- •8) Renal failure
- •9) Poor cardiopulmonary reserve
