入选标准
- •1) Normal hormone profile (AMH >1.5µg/l,
- •FSH <12 mIU/ml on day 3 of menstrual cycle)
- •2) BMI 18.5â??29.9 kg/m2
- •3) Euthyroid state with normal thyroid function
- •4) Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1) Distorted uterine anatomy e.g. fibroid,
- •adenomyoma distorting the endometrial cavity
- •2) Poor ovarian reserve (AMH <1.5µg/l, FSH >12
- •mIU/ml, AFC <5 on day 3 of menstrual cycle)
- •3) History of endometritis in the
- •past (including tubercular endometritis)
- •4) Associated medical problems like diabetes
- •mellitus or hypertension, heart disease or
- •drug allergies
- •5) Renal disease
- •6) Malignancy
- •7) Sickle cell disease
