- •Age \>18 years
- •Elective LSCS
- •GESTATION PERIOD \>20 weeks of gestation
- •BP \>140/90 in two readings 4 hrs apart(ACOG GUIDELINES)
- •ASA II and III physical status patients
排除标准
- •Congestive heart failure (peripartum cardiomyopathy)
- •Valvular heart disease (Mitral stenosis)
- •Pulmonary infection
- •Acute kidney injury/CKD
- •Pulmonary embolism
- •Aspiration syndromes
