•1 Patients with signs and symptoms of Klaibya according the special scoring system for sexual parameters.
•2 Patients those fit for Uttara Basti Karma.
•3 PatientÃ¢â?¬•s BMI < 24.9 (Underweight/Normal weight).
•4 Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study.
•5 Standard operative procedure of COVID 19 pandemic will be adopted in all patients.

•1 PatientÃ¢â?¬•s age below 26 years and above 45 years.
•2 Patients having other systemic pathology like Tuberculosis, Renal failure, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, severe urinary tract infections, Nephrolithiasis, Urethral stricture and Medico Renal Diseases (MRD) or malignancy of urogenital system etc.
•3 Patients having congenital deformity of urogenital tract.
•4 PatientÃ¢â?¬•s BMI > 24.9 (Overweight).
•5 Patients who are not willing to sign written consent to participate in the study.
•6 Previous positive history or suspected patients of COVID 19 will be excluded.
