- •Clinical and Ultrasound diagnosed cases of plantar fasciitis
- •Age between 18 to 60 years of age
- •Failure of conservative treatment > 3months
- •Willingness to comply with treatment and follow up assessment
排除标准
- •1.Other causes of plantar heel pain
- •2.Previous surgery in the foot
- •3.Local injection within 6 weeks
- •4.Local infection at the site of injection
- •5.Uncontrolled systemic disease
- •6.Thrombocytopenia ( <1.5 lakhs/cumm)
- •7.Bleeding disorder
- •8.Pregnancy
