- •2.Duration of mechanical ventilation longer than 24 hour
- •3.Planned for weaning
排除标准
- •1.Patients aged < 18 years
- •2.Duration of mechanical ventilation less than 24 hour
- •3.Preexisting diaphragm disease, increased intra-abdominal pressure, phrenic nerve palsy, any breach in skin preventing DUS examination
- •4.Extremely critical patients
