入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Limitation of passive movement in the glenohumeral joint compared with the unaffected side, more than 30 degrees for at least two of these three movements: forward flexion, abduction or external rotation
- •2. Symptom duration at least for 1 month, patient has undergone physiotherapy with no improvement
排除标准
- •Uncontrolled diabetic ( >200mg/dl or Hba1c > 8).
- •Glenohumeral arthritis,
- •Full thickness rotator cuff tears on USG,
- •Calcific tendinitis on Xray/USG,
- •Previous injections to the shoulder,
- •Inflammatory arthropathy,
- •Suspected infection,
- •Previous h/o CVA/cardiac disease,
