- •Regular mensturation
- •no record of major psychological diseases
- •Not having chronic diseases or genital tract
- •Insensitive to herbal medicine
- •Not performing professional exercise and exposure to stressor in the last 6 months
- •Non-specific treatment to relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea over the past 3 months
- •having of regular menstrual cycles and pain score more than 3 on the visual analog scale (VAS)
