- •Medical authorization containing release for the practice of exercises; physiological gestation with a live fetus; gestational age above 16 weeks; physiological puerperium.
排除标准
- •chronic-degenerative diseases; high-risk gestation; presence of any pregnancy-related pathology (polyhydramnios, pregnancy-induced hypertension (HAIG); previously diagnosed or any contraindication to physical exercise.
