简要总结
The selection criteria will be applied when screening the participants. Written informed consent will be acquired from those who meet the selection criteria following a thorough description of the study’s protocol. The patients are divided into 3 groups (Group A, Group B, and Group C). Before the intervention begins, baseline data for each outcome measure will be gathered from every participant. At four weeks, post-intervention data will be gathered. For four weeks, treatment will be administered 3 times a week.
PROTOCOL
GROUP A:Blackburn Dynamic Exercise
GROUP B: Core Strengthening Exercise
GROUP C: Conventional Therapy

入选标准
- •Players with over head injuries.
- •Players with no history of low back or lower limb injuries.
- •Players with the age group between 15-30 years old.
- •Both gender, males and females will be included in the study.
- •Players who are willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Players with history of any recent injury or surgery.
- •Players with low Back Pain, hip joint or knee joint pathologies.
- •Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other disease or disorders.
- •Players involved in any type of drugs or alcohol consumption or any special diet.
