- •Healthy individuals who undergo extraction prior to the commencement of orthodontic procedure without any periodontal diseases.

- •â?¦Patients diagnosed with epithelial tissue disorders and any other oral lesions.
- •â?¦Patients with no history of treated or untreated malignancies of any other system.
- •â?¦The patient is not willing to participate.
- •â?¦Patients diagnosed with any pre-malignant lesions.
