- •1. Forward head posture more than 46° and forward shoulder posture more than 52°
- •2. Muscle tension scale at least 3 (Measured by Visual analog scale)
排除标准
- •A history of the following diseases or disorders
- •- Contagious skin disease in the posterior neck and shoulder girdle
- •- Cervical spine and muscle inflammation
- •- Nerve root compression
- •- Contraindicated to Thai massage
