- •Patients requiring major periarticular hip surgeries
排除标准
- •1.Psychiatric patients
- •2.Any abnormal bleeding disorder like hemophilias, deranged international normalized ratio
- •3.Any previous history of adverse reaction or allergy to tranexamic acid
- •4.Congenital or acquired coagulopathy
- •5.Recent history of thrombo-embolic episode
- •6.Fracture neck of femur requiring closed reduction internal fixation with cannulated cancellous screws
- •7.Implant removal procedure
