- •1 ASA grade 1 and 2 patients post elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1 Patients who have intraoperative complications such as major blood loss or severe hypotension requiring vasopressor infusions postoperatively.
- •2 Patients with impaired coagulation
- •3 Conversion to General anaesthesia or use of opiate analgesics intraoperatively.
- •4 Patients with significant hepatic, renal, pulmonary, metabolic, psychiatric disorders
- •5 Any incision other than pfannensteil incision for cesarean delivery.
