  • 1.patient undergoing lower abdomen surgeries under spinal anesthesia
  • 2.patient who give written informed consent in vernacular langauge
  • 3. Patiet belonging to american society of anesthesiologist 1 and 2
  • 4.weight 40 to 80 kg

排除标准

  • 1.Patient on antihypertensive drugs
  • 2 very obese and pregnancy
  • 3. Patients whom inferior vena cava could not be assessed
