- •1)Patients belonging to ASA class I,II and III
- •2)Patient who has given informed consent
- •3)Patients undergoing elective hip fracture surgeries under spinal anesthesia
- •4)weight:-BMI <29.9 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1)Patients with hepatic, heart , endocrine and renal diseases
- •2)Patients with history of coagulopathy
- •3)patients with infection at site of block
- •4)Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders
- •5)Patients refusal
- •6)Patients with multiple drug allergies
- •7)All emergency surgical procedures
- •8)All pregnant and lactating females
- •9)Patients with inability to comprehend VAS scores
