入排标准
入选标准
- •Diagnosis of spinal stenosis with radicular pain
- •Mri correlation with clinical findings
- •Patients over the age of 60 years
- •Patients with a history of chronic function limiting low back pain and lower extremity pain of at least 6 months duration
- •Patients who were competent to understand the study protocol and provide voluntary, written, informed consent and participate in outcome measurements
- •Patients who have failed to improve substantially with conservative management including but not limited to physical therapy, exercises, drug therapy and bed rest
排除标准
- •Reciept of a previous injection in the lumbar region within past 6 months
- •Lumbar surgery within past 2 years
- •History of lumbar vertebrae fracture
- •Acute disc herniation
- •Any malignancy or infection
- •Coexisting musculoskeletal conditions that would negate functional inprovement with injection
- •Amputation of any lower extremity
