- •1.Anticipated Difficult laryngoscopy and intubation or more than one attempt for intubation taken.
- •2.Patient having cardiovascular dysfunction.
- •3.Pre-existing hepatic or renal impairment.
- •4.Pregnant patients.
- •5.Patient refusal for consent.
