入选标准
- •1.Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes per American Diabetes Association criteria, 2. Age at diagnosis equal or less than 18 years, 3. Diabetes duration of more than 1 year, 4. Regular follow up at Pediatric Diabetes Clinic, KKU hospital
排除标准
- •1. HbA1c more than 13%, 2. Creatinine more than 1.5 mg/dL, 3. Smoking, 4. Hypertension, 5. Receive medications that affect insulin resistance or arterial function, such as systemic/inhale glucocorticoids, oral antihyperglycemic drug, immunosuppressive drugs, and atypical antipsychotic drugs, in the 2 months, 5. Pregnancy, 6. Lactation, 7. Incomplete medical record, 8. Diabetic ketoacidosis in the past 2 months, 9. Other chronic illness affecting arterial function
