- •- initiation of PCSK-9-antibody therapy planned
- •- age =18 years
- •- written informed consent
- •- sex: male or female (post-menopausal)
排除标准
- •- diabetes mellitus or intake of antidiabetic drugs
- •- pregnancy
- •- history of thrombosis or high risk for thrombosis [cancer disease, recent surgeries (within 6 weeks), genetic thrombophilia (APC resistance, Protein S deficiency, antithrombin deficiency, Prothrombin G20210A, MTHFR gene mutation)]
- •- pacemaker or defibrillator
- •- intake of unknown (study) drugs
