•Patients included in this study will be in the age range of 18 - 40 years
•-Will be having single-rooted permanent tooth with closed apex.
•-The selected patients will be without known allergic reactions to any of the antibiotics used or systemic disease.

•-Patients with Diabetes Mellitus, Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Diseases & Cancer.
•-Patients on Long term Corticosteroid therapy.
•-Patients with immunocompromised status.
•-Pregnant and Lactating females.
•-Patients with generalized chronic periodontitis.
•-Patients having non-restorable teeth.
•-Teeth with previous root canal treatment.
•-Teeth with developmental anomalies.
•-Teeth with external and internal resorption.
•-Teeth with calcified canals
