- •Patients aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I-II undergoing elective infra-umbilical surgeries, less than 2hours, under spinal anaesthesia.

- •Patient refusal
- •Allergy to local anesthetic drugs
- •Any other contra indications to spinal anaesthesia
