入选标准
- •Niños con tumores sólidos con comprobante histológico (linfomas, neuroblastoma, rabdomiosarcoma, sarcomas de partes blandas) que sean refractarios o recurrentes a tratamiento convencional.
- •Presencia de enfermedad mensurable por técnicas de imagen, o por técnicas moleculares o celulares.
- •Edad: hasta los 21 años.
- •Tratamientos previos: deben haber recibido dos líneas de tratamiento estándar y no haber presentado respuesta favorable.
- •Esperanza de vida superior a 3 meses.
- •Índice de Lansky > 60%.
- •Alteración funcional de órganos (hepática, renal, respiratorio) leve (<2), según los criterios del National Cancer Institute (NCI CTCAE v3).
- •Fracción de eyección del ventrículo izquierdo >50%.
- •Serología HIV negativa.
- •Otorgar consentimiento informado de acuerdo con la normativa legal vigente.

- •Pacientes con proceso infeccioso activo u otro estado médico subyacente grave.
- •Pacientes con antecedentes de mal cumplimiento terapéutico.
- •Pacientes que tras una evaluación psico-social se censuran como no aptos para el procedimiento.
