- •2. volume overload by BCM > 1.1 liter

- •1. recent heart failure with in 1 month
- •2. recent hospitalization within 1 month
- •3. pregnancy
- •4. recent kidney injury with in 1 month
- •5. cirrhosis child B-C
- •6. life expectancy < 6 months
- •7. allergy to sulfa
