入选标准
- •1. ASA grade I & II
- •2. Body Weight between 45 to 90 kg & BMI between 18 to 30kg / m sq.
- •3. Scheduled for Elective Laproscopic Cholecystectomy.
排除标准
- •1. patient refusal
- •2. ASA 3 & 4
- •3. Hepatic & renal insufficiency
- •4. Previous gastric ukcers, diabetes mellitus
- •5. Pregnant & Nursing mothers
- •6. History of corticosteroid hypersensitivity.
- •7. Patients already on corticosteroids , immunosuppressives , analgesics or opioid medication.
- •8. Emergency Surgery
- •9. Inability to understand & use the VAS
- •10. Chronic pain syndrome
