- •More than 30 % of the sites with periodontitis PROBING POCKET DEPTH OF 5MM OR MORE AND CLINICAL ATTACHMENT LOSS OF 3MM OR MORE ACCORDING TO AAP classification 2017
- •Atleast 20 teeth should be present
- •Systemically healthy individuals
排除标准
- •Presence of any systemic conditions or debilitating diseases
- •Smokers,alcoholics pregnant or lactating women
- •A recent history or presence of any acute or chronic infections
- •Patients who had undergone periodontal therapy in the last 6 months
- •Patients who are paan tobacco betel nut users Patients who are physically or mentally challenged
