- •1. Patients need upper limb surgery
- •2. Patients of ASA I and ASA II
- •3. Age - 18 to 60 years
- •4. Either sex
- •5. Patients with Mallampatti grade I & II
- •6. Patients willing to participate in this study
排除标准
- •1.Emergency surgery
- •2.Comorbid diseases (ASA III and ASA IV)
- •3.Peripheral vascular diseases
- •4.Allergy to study drugs
- •5.Patient refusal
- •6.Patients requiring bilateral limb surgeries
- •7.Surgeries for more than two hours duration
