  • 3. SBP ≥ 140 mmHg and/or DBP ≥ 90 mmHg
  • 4. Normal BMI

  • 1. Smoked or drank regularly
  • 2. Had diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease or renal disease
  • 3. Exercised regularly
