入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Adult patients (= 18 years) of either sex undergoing emergency laparotomy for major abdominal surgery, requiring general anesthesia.
- •2)Informed written consent.
排除标准
- •1)Preoperative requirement of mechanical ventilation.
- •2)Preoperative room air oximetry SaO2 <90%, or PaO2 <60 mmHg.
- •3)Patients requiring high doses of vasopressor support (Norepinephrine equivalent > 0.2 mcg/ kg /min).
- •4)ASA 5 patients, not expected to live beyond 24 hours.
