入选标准
- •inclusion criteria for patients with orphan lung disesase:
- •- proven lung disesase, e.g. idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis
- •inclusion criteria for healthy control subjects
- •- normal pulmonary function test
- •- no smoking within the last 5 years and less than 5 packyears in total
- •- no anamnestic history for lung diseases
排除标准
- •exclusion criteria for all subjects:
- •- no significant respiratory tract infection in the last 4 weeks
- •- impairment of physical activity because of extrapulmonary diseases (e.g. clinically significant athrosis of the hip or knees or peripheral artery disease of the legs)
