入选标准
- •1) Medial compartment osteoarthritis patients with varus deformity scheduled for bi-planar medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy. (age under 65 years old)
- •2) Patients who have voluntarily participated in a clinical trial and has signed an agreement.
排除标准
- •1) Genu valgum
- •2) Severe deformity need to double level osteotomy including distal femoral osteotomy
- •3) Lateral compartment osteoarthritis
- •4) Inflammatory arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis or grout, pseudogrout, etc.)
- •5) Previous cruciate reconstruction history or combined cruciate ligament reconstruction
- •6) Deformity due to previous fracture history around knee joint
- •7) Cognitive dysfunction (such as dementia)
