- •1.All care givers of Neurosurgery Patients more than 18yrs and less than and equal to 50 years of age.
- •2.The Caregivers must have a smartphone/ tablet with internet facility and should be competent as well as willing to use an app as health care tool.
- •3.Caregivers of Patients willing to provide written informed consent.
- •4.Caregivers of patients of postoperative Aneurysm and Head injury going to discharge with status M5-M6.
- •5.Caregiver spending more than 1 hour a day with patient

- •1. caregiver not willing to be the part of study.
- •2. caregiver age less than 18 and more than 50
- •3. caregivers of the patients with motor status less than M5
