入选标准
- •1.Pregnant women scheduled for Mcdonald surgerry and cervical cerclage due to an incompetent cervix in the second trimester
- •2.All the patients were ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II.
排除标准
- •1.Body weight(<50kg, or >100kg)
- •2.The patients with contraindications for spinal anesthesia, including coagulopathy, local skin infection and patient's refusal
- •3.Patients could not assume the lateral position for spinal anesthesia due to risk of amnionic membrane rupture
