- •The study will enroll individuals diagnosed with sheetapitta exhibiting classical features along with signs of Dushivisha regardless of their gender occupation socioeconomic background religion.
- •Participants should be between 19 and 60 years of age.
- •Cases with chronic more than 6 weeksor recurrent Sheetpitta indicating possible
- •Dushivisha association will be included.
- •Participants must consent to take part and share necessary information for the

- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Acute severe systemic illness
- •Known hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •Concurrent use of antihistamines corticosteroids unwilling to continue
